The officer laughed and then continued to speak into the microphone, "well, we were called her because your **** refused to follow a direct order, not only from you but someone how you also have to follow orders of. As a result, we must ensure that you can train her properly before we will return her to you."

James looks down at the club and wonders what he is supposed to do with it. The officer had instructed him to use it to train his sister, but how?
