James, medical bet taker

James couldn’t believe he was actually doing this. Medical procedures have advanced and they've announced that they have found a way to safely and completely change one's gender at cheap costs. It was summer, college classes were over for now, and James was hanging out with his friends, wondering what to do until classes start again. That was when they saw the announcement on TV. They talked about what it would be like to be the opposite gender. That was when the dare came. They dared him that he wouldn't be able to handle being a woman for a long time, and bet him triple the procedure costs that he wouldn't be able to last the summer. James was always a little curious and the amount of cash definitely wasn't small, but now that he was actually here in front of the clinic, he was having doubts.
