A one-shot villain in Pain King vs Cleopatra, Jackie is a short, muscular man who gets no respect because of his stature. After stealing the talisman of Anubis he was able to transform into a huge, powerful monster. It took Kim and a lot of backup help to take away the amulet, which reverted him to normal.

If Jackie could regain the talisman there would be a ten foot monster, the Jackal, looking for **** against Kim Possible for his defeat. Kim will need to figure out a way to get real, real close to him if she's going to have another chance to grab the amulet. Does she let him finish first or try to grab it before he fucks her ****?
