Jack wants to bring Lacy to the back

Jack was wearing a bag over his shoulder. Lacy hadn't paid much attention to it before, but it looked like it had some real weight to it. To answer her question, he patted the side of the bag. "Like I said, I got a different job in mind for you. Why don't we head into the back?"

Behind the counter, Lia put down her old magazine and frowned. "Hey, wait a second, Jackie. Are you saying she doesn't even know what you brought her here for? That's fucked up, man."

Lacy was surprised. It was nice to have someone on her side for once, but Lia's words put her on edge. "What kind of job is it, Jack?"

"You know what we do," said Jack.

"Nude modeling," Lacy said. She had some qualms about that, but money was money, and Jack's promise of 500 for the interview made it seem like he paid well. People had seen her naked before. She even thought she'd enjoy it once she got into it.

"Girl," said Lia, sounding concerned. "Let me talk to you." She ushered Lacy over behind the counter and leaned in so they could huddle. "Do you know what's in the back?"

"No," Lacy said, feeling like she probably should have.

"It's a bunch of booths for watching porn. And some gloryholes," Lia said.

"What's a gloryhole?"

Lia made a circle with her thumb and index and stuck one of the fingers of her other hand through it. Then she mimed sucking off the finger that had gone through the hole. "You get me?" she asked.

Lacy's mouth went dry. "Oh," she said.
