JE Day 10 - Wrong

You were wrong. Jeanne doesn't contact you. It's a normal day in the prison. You're still on a good work detail, and it's almost peaceful. Prison sucks, but... honestly, being away from Jeanne's games is kind of nice. You can relax a little.

You are still on edge as you sit on the bleachers in the yard, enjoying the view of the scantily-clad guard in the tower. You are expecting some kind of trouble. Jeanne is... fearless. Like, she doesn't understand the concept of risk. Or she's not afraid of it. She is definitely the type to do something crazy. The question is, does she care enough about you to bother? How upset is she that you messed up her plan?

Maybe she's grateful. Maybe she realized that it wasn't such a good idea to stage a scene where her wife would walk in on her getting creampied by a prisoner.

The other women seem to be avoiding you a bit. That's not a good sign. You keep your eyes open at dinner, then in the shower, but nothing happens except a woman eating another prisoner out like a few feet away.

You dry off and return to your cell, where you find Vi, and another prisoner waiting for you. You have seen this woman, but only once or twice. She must be from the other wing. It's hard to make out what kind of body she has under her prison uniform, but she's about your size. She carries herself like an athlete, and she's definitely Asian. Her glossy, black hair is in the weirdest style you have ever seen: two sort of buns shaped like sweet potatoes that stick out like ears.

She'd be pretty if she would smile or look pleasant, but she just looks cocky and hostile.

"New friend for you," Vi says, giving the bars a tap. You step into the cell, and she closes the door. "Juri, this Adella. Adella, this is Juri."

"Hi," you say, noticing that Juri has already taken over the bottom bunk. Instead of moving your things to the top, your stuff is on the floor.

You aren't stupid. They sent this tough girl here to bully you. Jeanne must be behind it. You're being punished. There's just one problem. This girl doesn't look nearly tough enough to bully you. You aren't a fighter or anything, but... you are not afraid of her. You have a choice.

Confront Juri? Or just put up with it?
