Chihiro felt the blouse sliding before she fully realized what was happening. By the time she started to react, the blouse had slipped off her seat completely, falling in a heap underneath her chair. For a moment, Chihiro was frozen in place, her body locked up with fear. She was bottomless, completely bottomless, in the middle of class! This couldn't be happening! Not for real, not to her!
Unfortunately, a quick pinch on her hand reaffirmed the cold truth. This was very real, and she was very exposed. The only saving grace was that the class was still working on the quiz, and Chihiro hadn't drawn any attention to herself yet. If she was quick and lucky, she could get her blouse back and at least drape it across her lap. Sure, she'd have to do more than that before she could safely stand up from her chair, but at least that would hide her naked legs and pelvis.
Now there the question of how to retrieve the blouse. The first, and arguably safest, option would be to simply bend over where she sat and blindly feel around for it. Of course, bending over in her seat far enough to reach under her chair wouldn't be comfortable, but at least it would be somewhat covert.
The other option was riskier, but would allow her to find and retrieve her blouse much more easily. If Chihiro slid out of her seat sideways and knelt down, she'd be able to see under her seat and find her blouse pretty much instantly. Of course, sliding out of her seat and into the aisle wouldn't be quite so easy to hide, and if anybody were to look in her direction, well... they'd be able to see everything Chihiro was trying so desperately to hide.
In any case, Chihiro needed to get that blouse back, one way or another. And so, weighing the pros and cons, Chihiro began to-
