Chapter 6 by soulfeaster
Does he remeber how to shift forms?
It is not that hard
”Nothing easier than that…“
He growled while nodding his massive head.
Concentrating for a moment Barry could feel his body shrink back into his human form, his head became smaller and his talons turned back into hands as his fur receded. Looking over to Nina he noticed that she was just about six inches shorter than he was. He immediately gave her his most confident smile and decided to make a quick spin to show of his muscular body, not realizing that he was still covered in the blood of by now four men.
“I hope you like what you see.”
He quickly noticed her eyes widening, so he raised his blood covered hands to calm her
“Hey don’t worry that is not my blood but that of those two guys who tried to hurt you. You don’t have to be afraid ok?”
Nina just nodded and he realized that her face had turned into a deep red colour. Looking down he quickly noticed that he was still stark naked and the sight of her young body and her flushed features was enough to make his body react in a most inappropriate way at this point.
“Uh, you know that is just because I, ehm you know…”
Nina turned away from him abruptly.
“Sorry for staring, I… I did not mean to be rude…”
“Listen Nina, I would love to stand here and just chat about what both of us probably whish had not happened, but I have got another concern right now.”
Quickly she spun around again, taking a step towards him.
“Sorry Barry, it is just that I never…”
Looking at his chest, she mumbled
“Oh… just forget what I just said, what did you want to say?”
“Well Nina, I do not want to seem rude, but could we please get to your apartment as soon as possible?”
Her eyes widened once more and she took a step back from him once more.
“What are you getting at? I just wanted to thank you and invited you over as a… yes as a friend!”
Barry let out an annoyed grunt, his member had by now shrunken back to its regular size.
“Well quite frankly, right now I don’t care, so let’s just get out of here before I freeze my proverbial balls off!”
For a split second he could see a hint of disappointment in her eyes, but it was quickly replaced by guilty embarrassment.
“Oh I am so sorry, I kind of forgot that you can feel the could more than I do in this form, come lets go quickly.”
She flashed him a nervous smile once again and started moving around the corner.
Just before they got back to a street Nina stopped dead in her tracks, turning around she could see that Barry was holding his arms close to his chest, rubbing it constantly to warm up at least a little bit in this allmost arctic cold. And once again a stab of guilt pierced her brain. He had saved her life without asking for anything that she had not offered and now she let him walk naked through these snow filled alleys while she was wearing a stinking but warm mantle. Turning towards him she quickly took of the coat and held it out to him.
“Here, you should wear this or you will really freeze something off.”
He gave her an appreciating smile, but hesitated for a moment.
“What about you?”
“I still have clothes”
“Jeans and a torn T-shirt, that is not quite enough.”
“Better than nothing!”
“Well, if I remember correctly I can’t really fall sick, so you should keep it, thanks anyway.”
He was right, but she did not want to give in yet.
“But you will attract attention if you walk the streets covered in blood and naked!”
“So will you with your breasts hanging out…”
Once again her face turned crimson and his grin widened.
“You are a jerk! Now take that mantle please!”
“Oh don’t mind me.”
He said while taking the mantle.
“I am actually enjoying the view.”
Quickly she turned from him and covered her breasts with her hands. They walked on like this for about one block when she felt him gently touch her shoulder.
“You are freezing, you will fall sick if we continue like this.”
“We have been over this! This is the more sensible choice!”
He flashed her a bright smile.
“Well beautiful, I think I have found another alternative that makes even more sense.”
What is this new alternative?
