It is a long story

Erza and Lucy were coming back to Magnolia on a job and stopped in the town of Lily. It was a pleasure district town where a lady could go to get away from it all. Gambling, strip clubs, brothels, any girl could get it for the right price. The only down side is that men were not allowed, this was a get away for girls by girls. The two girls stretched and let out a sigh as they finally got off the long train ride.

"So nice to finally be off that train" Lucy sighed

"Sorry for taking this detour Lucy" Erza apologized to her friend

"So why did you want to come here anyway?" The blonde asked

"To buy...skirts!" Erza's face turned red

What the redhead really came to buy was this amazing bunny suit she saw in a magazine. As the girls walked through town and talked they noticed that a lot of people were staring at them. Pretty much everyone in fact. It was only after the two got to the middle of town they found out why. Among others there were two crudely drawn bounty posters of Lucy and Erza making them look like villains. The bounty was 500,000 Jewels. Both the girls eyes went wide that was enough to pay Erza's rent for five months and enough for Lucy's for six months.

What did they even do to get bounties that high? Who would want them that bad? Why was this bounty only in this town?

"Get em!"
