Weiss has practically made a fool's bet, since no matter what, a store would have just kicked them out sooner or later just due to public decency, Faunus or not, no normal store owner would just allow half-naked girl without money to simply just stay in there store(unless its Vacuo or the more private streets in Mistra)l, it would be Blake's win even if she would also be in her undergarments.

So, imagine the surprise for Blake that for some reason, Weiss favorite store didn't kick them out despite being two Faunus without any money. It wouldn't be a surprise, for the first time, she simply removes her thigh-high and shoes respectively,

"Was it just a fluke? Maybe Vale is just more lenient in allowing Faunus in their stores." Blake thought, uncertain if she should remove her dress, or her bra or panties.

"What's wrong Blake? just remove one of your clothing, or did you not think that Vale would follow its laws and protect its people?" Weiss asked with a slight confident tone, clearly knowing that Blake thought this would leave her the one in an undesirable situation.

"Should I remove the dress? Or maybe the bra and wait it out for Weiss to lose her clothes first?"
