It changes the personality

A few seconds later... and nothing happened. Of course being the Mistress of pranking, Naruko knew what would happen. The powder didn't change the look of the victim, it changed the outlook of the person, the personality. So she had to be patient...

Naruko had stolen the powder from the Hokage's building. She had to be quick so she didn't completely read it. Naruto grabbed the bottle where the powder was kept, and after scanning over it, she decided it to be the best one.

Now that she had a little time one her hand, she took care to read all over it, while still keeping an eye on Sasuko. The label said that the powder was would work in a few minutes and could last up to one week or so depending how much the victim is given. It also said the personality that your victim will become will be completely random. The bottle listed some common personality. The two most common were:

a.) Turning the target into a sissy

or

b.) Turning them into a girly girl that makes them care about there look, boys and popularity

But other than that, there were tons of possibilities. Naruko's favorite could turn the victim into a full blown slut, but it was rare. *Come on, turn that Uchiha stank into a slut!, Naruto prayed.
