It’s a quiet day

When I get in the store, the manager tells me to start with filling the aisles with the latest comic books. This is my favorite part of the job. Whenever I fill the aisles new releases, I discover which comics are new. Since my boss is one of the few people who knows I like comic books, he allows me to have first pick. Whenever I like a new comic book, I can keep it aside for me to buy later.

After that I am to stand behind the counter. A few customers come along to buy some stuff, but not many. It’s a slow day apparently. This of course leaves me some time to read one of the new comics.

Then I have a special customer. A dude in his thirties who is a regular. He has very specific tastes and usually is not interested in anything we have in the store, but we can order whatever he is interested in. In fact, whenever he tells the manager he found a good product that a lot of other people will like, my boss always takes his advice and orders a bunch of the product.

This time the thing he ordered was an anime dvd. Monster mus-something. It’s got a lot of pretty anime girls on the cover. Gosh, these characters always look so pretty. I would love to get into anime, but I have no idea which one I should start with.

As I am taking his money, I hear him say something about this series having a lot of fanservice. Fanservice? That might be interesting. After the guy leaves, I get my smartphone and search for the series on youtube. I’m curious about what he meant with fanservice. Soon I am treated with clips of the series. A snake girl who is lying in bed with her boyfriend. Them going shopping for lingerie and he ends up with her panties in his hands. Then there is a clip with a centaur girl whose white shirt is all wet. The snake girl and a harpy having a bath. As I am watching these clips, I can only imagine how awesome it would be if I could lie in bed with Kyle like that. Or for Kyle to steal my underwear. And I would love to stand in front of Kyle with a white shirt and no bra underneath while a slowly pour water on my chest.

Then my boss comes in and tells me that it’s going so slow, that I can leave early if I want. I wouldn’t mind. I’d love to hang out with Traci a bit. It’s been a while. But if I do that I’ll have to explain to Chad where Traci lives. Otherwise he can’t pick me up when I can’t to go back home. I could also always just stay in the store and wait for Chad to come pick me up.
