It's fine

"It's fine." Sam says, trying to sound cooler with it than he actually was. "I mean, you're in the honeymoon phase on holiday. Of course you're going to want to do things like that."

James raises his beer to his friend. "Thanks man, cool of you to say. Still we shouldn't be doing it right in front of you like that."

"Honestly it's fine." Sam repeated, turning back to his own beer.

James raised an eyebrow in mock surprise. "Oh, you like watching do you?" he says, laughing as soon as he spots Sam's face turn bright red. "It's cool, don't panic." James continues, cutting off whatever reply Sam may have made. "I'll try and tell Shelly to cool it for now."

"I've got to admit, the way this holiday's going I could certainly do with getting laid." Sam jokes.

James laughs again. "Well, you never know your luck."

"What do you mean by that?" Sam asks, both confused and concerned.

"Well you know Shelly wants to set you up with her cousin right?" James replies. "Didn't you notice we're in a four bedroom house and soon going to have eight people staying here. You're going to have to share a room with someone you know."

The realisation suddenly dawned on Sam. He hadn't even considered that part. He'd never met Shelly's cousin, but if looks ran in the family it would certainly be interesting. "That's certainly one option." he finally mutters.

James looks at him askance for a moment. "Wait, are you telling me there's other options? Who else have you got your eye on?"

Sam's face turns red again. "I didn't say I had my eye on anyone...."

James shakes his head. "I know you too well Sammy. There's a but there."
