It's a hospital hallway.

As soon a Peter got a whiff of the hallway, the antiseptic smell told him that he was in a hospital. "This could work," Peter thought to himself. "There are plenty of good shows that take place in hospitals..."

He looked into several of the rooms connected to the hall and saw several patients laying in their beds but no one that he recognized.

He walked down the hall to the junction of two halls and glanced back and forth down the halls when he got there.
