As he got home he called his mom, just to realise after he did that of course she was with him again. He did not even notice how natural it had already become to call her back into the omniball.

She is his god damn mother Ash thought to himself.
How come I treat her like that. Sure, she seemed okay with being in the Omniball, but didn't I force her into it. Oh my god what have I done to her like that. But... he paused, shockingly realising where his thoughts were going. *but am I not doing that with my Pokemon, too? I sent them out if I need them or if we play, and then I put them back in the Pokeball.....

no this is bullcrap. I am not abusing them. My Pokemon are my friends. They are happy. But... does that mean that mom is the same? Does she want to be treated like a Pokemon now? No. I have to solve this by myself, and I am pretty sure I will. I wont be such a dickhead like the professor and force her into being my sexslave or anything like that, but I have to admit something. Yes it was an accident that she got into the Omniball, but now that she is... she is a Pokehuman. So I will treat her like one. Because I have to. After all, I am the Pokemon Master.
