Isabel Thompson

Isabel stood in front of Alexa, arms crossed looking pissed. “Dammit Alexa, watch where you’re going.”

“I’m sorry,” Alexa squeaked, face burning red.

“You always were pathetic,” Isabel said. “What are you wearing under that skirt of yours?”

Alexa was terrified that Isabel had noticed as she gulped. “Back off,” Michelle said, standing in front of Alexa protectively. “She said she was sorry.”

Isabel raised an eyebrow. “Oh that’s rich. Are you on some sort of date? Or are you just babysitting her, Michelle?”

Michelle glared. “We’re spending some time together, and it really shouldn’t matter to you.”

“Fine, I’ll back off. Tell you what. I have extra tickets to the dolphin show that begins in just a few minutes. Why don’t you take them. I really should have been watching where I was going. I’m in charge of coordinating the show. I’ve been hard at work training, and I’d love for you two to see it.”

Alexa smiled happily, taking the ticket from Isabel. “Thank you. I’m glad we could settle things,” Alexa said.

Isabel smiled. “Me too,” she said as she handed Michelle the other ticket.

Michelle looked skeptical, but Isabel turned and walked away. “Come on,” Michelle said to Alexa. “The bathroom’s over here.”

Alexa nodded as she let Michelle pull her along.
