Leo scowls a little at this characterization. "You make me sound like one of your girlfriends or something."

"Oh, you know I don't mean it like that," Belinda says flirtatiously. "You know how butch and tough I think you are. What are you this year? Twenty-five and one?" She turns to you and says, "Leo's the favorite to win a district championship in his weight class this year and has a good shot at the state championship. Only Sean and Manny have better records."

"Congratulations, Leo," you say, honestly impressed, though you can't help but think Rosestead boys have a bit of an advantage when it comes to wrestling.

"Well?" Belinda says. "Shall we go?"
