Investigate the new business rival.

I didn't like the idea of having an unkown factor introduced into my field of business, so I decided to find out everything I could about him.

Michael Dahl was a succesful business lawyer until two years ago, when his wife suddenly passed away. Unable to keep up with his law farm, he went into early retirement, easily able to afford a life of luxury for both he and his daughter in college, Maria. The photographs of the two together showed the older white man with an absolutely gorgeous girl that looked to be half-Italian.

It knew it would be a good idea to have a sit down with him face-to-face, and tell him not to encroach on my territory. I sent Katie as a messanger to deliver an invitation to dinner at one of the fanciest restaurants in town.

That evening, Michael and I sat together in the wonderful Le Chef Restaurante, in downtown Boville. I wore a sleak black dress that showed my perfect cleavage. Michael wore an uninspired black suit.

"So, Michael, what made you choose to enter our wonderful profession? You were so succesful in your law career that a switch to such a dirty business seems out of place."

"I always wanted to run my own business, and I find this profession to be exceptionally fun."

"You and me both. Now, let's get down to business. If you muscle in on my territory, either geographically, or my clients, I'll make both you and your daughter wish you were never born. Got that?" I was being more malicious, hopefully to scare him off. He looked a bit shocked at my threat to his family.

"Can you let me think about it? Let's meet on Wednesday to discuss the specific details of whatever plan we may pursue."

"Sure, but don't fuck with me. I'm warning you." I smiled as he left the restaurant. The asshole stuck me with the bill, but it was probably worth it if he would get out of the business.

The next day I sat in my office, pondering my courses of action on dealing with Michael.
