COUGAR ISLAND

Robert a young and muscular 22 year old hunk washes up on the shore of a tropical island, he is delirious, incoherent, and feverish having no idea where he is: Waking two days later he feels a little stronger but still out of it, his vision is blurred seeing only outlines & shapes...hearing whispers.

Robert feels a damp cold cloth dabbing his forehead while others sponge his chest/arms, privates, and thighs/calves, did someone find him....and if so are they friend or foe? If they are foes the unknown persons would not be nursing him, they would have left Robert as food for the animals...are his rescuers real OR imaginary?
