You use your mental powers to prevent her from freaking out as you approach her.
"Hi." She spins around.
"Oh- Hi! I didn't realize anyone was here. How are you here in fact? And who are you again? I don't think-"
"I'm The Protector." You interrupt. "I'm an associate of Ollie's. You must be Felicity."
"Oh my pleasure." She shakes your hand. From reading her mind you know that she has a thing for heroes. You can't get much from her mind though, it's a mess in there. "Ollie must have forgot to mention you, he does that sometimes... all the time in fact. Can I serve you in some way? I mean help. Can I help you?"
