In your bed

When you open your eyes, you're surprised to see your own room. Did I just dream the whole thing? You want to stand up, but suddenly the pain kicks in and every muscle in your body screams in agony. Not a dream. Definitely not a dream. You give up trying to move and stare at the ceiling. What a night. But how did I get here?

Quite some time passes until you make your next attempt to stand up. Although every movement is accompanied by a lot of pain, you manage to reach over to your bedside cabinet and grab the piece of paper on it.

As soon as you finish the last line, you jump up and grab your laptop. The pain doesn't matter anymore, pure panic fills your mind. You open the saved link to the glory hole video that got you into this mess and before you can even think about which search terms to use, a suggested video catches your eye:
