Chapter 9 by Sleepy7 Sleepy7

Ditched

In a hole

Tom, Daphne, and Jo were strewn about the backseat as none of them were wearing seatbelts. Daphne ended up on top of Jo on the floor of the backseat.

"Is anyone hurt?" Chad inquired from the front seat. "We hit a patch of ice and we went off road a little."

Groaned responses indicated the were startled and no one was seriously injured.

The snow was piling up so fast that the tire tracks were slowly disappearing.

Chad put the van in reverse as the backseat occupants untangled themselves. Daphne pulled herself up and sat in the backseat behind Chad. Jo's hand went for Tom's leg to help herself up. Tom got an eye full of gorgeous deep cleavage as she started to get up. Jo's tits must have jostled on impact as Tom could see the tops of her light pink areolas peeking from the top of her bra under her tank top. Unfortunately, Tom still had a bit of a stiffy as Jo's hand landed on his thigh. Jo froze as she felt Tom's cock, caught him looking down her shirt, and then they made eye contact.

They locked eyes for what seemed like a minute, but was only mere moments and then both looked away at the same time. Jo moved her hand from his hard on, pulled herself up, zipped her jacket up to her neck, and then sat between Daphne and Tom.

The tires were spinning, but the van was not moving.

"Shit," Chad exclaimed. "We're stuck!"

Tom, still embarrassed at getting caught with a boner and peeking down Jo's shirt volunteered to get out and push.

The van was REALLY stuck. All Tom accomplished was making himself really cold from the falling snow. His tennis shoes were wet and his thin jacket was soaked through. He motioned for Chad to quit revving the engine. They were just digging themselves deeper in the snow.

Tom looked around. The moon was bright which actually made it quite visible reflecting off the accumulating snow. All around he could see trees and snow, but no road.

Shit, this was not looking good. The wind blew from the west and he thought he faintly smelled smoke. He turned in that direction and thought he could make out a dim light in the distance.

Tom shivered as he got back in the van. "Bad news, we are not getting out tonight," Tom exclaimed and quickly followed up with, "But, I think we might not be too far from a house or something."

The group decided the best course of action would be to try for the dim light and hope for a warm place to stay. They came to this conclusion after deciding that using the van to stay warm would only waste fuel and who knew how long the storm would last.

The group grabbed what they could but left their larger luggage and started the cold walk. The snow came up to their knees as they trudged along. The dim light got brighter and the smell of smoke got stronger.

Time went by slowly as they were all chilled and wet from the wind and snow. The thought of a warm place to rest kept them all moving. The fatigue of walking through deep snow set in as their refuge finally came into view.

What do they see?
