Improvised clothing

The next several hours through the forest were relatively calm, although Diane was being constantly reminded of her nudity. The swift breezy air allowed all the water to dry off her body, leaving her covered in goosebumps, but her hair was still vaguely damp. As Diane continued her way north through the forest she couldn't help but still feel a little embarrassed at her current situation, even if there was no one around to see her. After another several minute's of trekking she decided that she needed something to cover her privates with. Diane set herself to scavenging the surrounding trees and bushes, figuring that she could at least find some branches or brush to cover up with. A little while later, and Diane finally found the perfect means to improvise with, some strange broad leaves that were sticky with sap. Diane took a whole branch off the tree they were attached too and got to work, sticking groups of the leaves together to create four large patches. After sticking one on each of her breasts and one over her crotch and butt, Diane let out a sigh of relief and continued on her way, now feeling a bit more comfortable.
