Bio: A midget, Billy had a strong Napoleon complex and always tried to get everyone else's attention by walking on stilts, but they'd laugh at him and think he looked silly. The only person who seemed to care about him, however, was a pretty choir girl named Lisa. One day, to impress her, he amputated both his legs. After sticking the stilts into where his legs should be, he finds out that he's bleeding. An awful lot.

After reading it, Hannah handed the dossier over to Gertrude, and as she approached the teleporter, Gertrude pressed a few buttons. Soon, Hannah found herself being brought back to a particular location...
