Pilot of the blade class Ryder "Phoenix", a lithe figure, green eyes and silky black hair make this contract killer as beautiful as she is dangerous. After witnessing her parents' at the hands of PACT soldiers she swore vengeance, becoming an assassin and taking on any contracts that would put her close to PACT officials. This led to her doing a lot of business with certain elements within the Alliance military who wished to circumvent the government's red tape and covertly strike at PACT.
You first encountered her at Versta, where she had been sent to light the fuse that would spark the PACT-Alliance war. After a brief confrontation resulting in Icari's capture you agreed that it would be mutually beneficial to work together.
Icari's greatest possessions are her sword and Ryder, and she will go to great lengths to ensure that both are kept in perfect condition. Prideful and often arrogant, she's certainly sexy though trying to get close to her could have scary consequences...
