I turn and run!

You've got to get out of there. Turning your back to your foe you sprint down the corridor, quickly you round a corner trying to lose the thing. The windows of labs and offices fly by. You were physically capable, that's how you got here, and you were going faster than you had ever remembered going.

In an instant though the sound of nails hitting a metal floor became distinct behind you, and before you had time to react you felt a hard grip on your shoulder, "Gyah!" It stopped you dead in your tracks, your feet nearly coming out from under you as you gasped in surprise.

Stunned for a moment, you're shocked to feel the sensation of pain... a sharp appendage, one of those nails pushed through your back... it was the strangest thing you'd ever felt as the blade like bone slid through your body, the air leaving you as it punctured your right lung.

You quivered on your feet as it continued, pushing through the rest of your body, exiting slowly through the flesh of your right breast, above your nipple.... it was excruciating, burning, electric all at the same time... this was it... you were about to die.
