I fell into it

One night you were just bored at home without much to do, all of your friends were busy and you couldn't think of anything to do but watch tv or play some games. You look through all of your games to see if you have anything that can occupy you for at least a couple hours, when you notice street fighter V. "Oh yeah, I haven't played it in a while, and I remember being so hyped for it too" you say to yourself "well it wouldn't hurt to play it again now." You boot it up and notice that thhe menu just looks...different, the buttons seem to have a strange yellow tint around them and the background is almost completely yellow. "Must be a new update" you think, going into a versus match against the computer. When you get to the character select screen you notice that almost all of the text is missing except for the names of the characters themselves. Even though it looks like the game somehow got messed up you can't help but want to keep going and just see if you can get at least one round of gameplay, so you try to decide on a character.
