"Pete my place is right up here and to the left" Bob says as he leans up into the front seat he steals the joint for a final drag before going inside his place

"By Bob see you tomorrow" I don't really know why I said that I'm not really sure I'm going to see these guys tomorrow but in this moment I know I want to.

After dropping off Jakomo he gives me a gift... A bag of weed and a few roll up papers

"Practice a little tonight you need it buddy" Jakomo leaves and enters his house

"Alright girls who's next" I say as I look over at Wendy and Luna

Luna raises her hand and I oblige her she gives me directions and asks me a weird question.

"You know a bitch named Athena right?" She said this in a flat tone that caught me off guard I wasn't aware that anyone in the party knew Athena.

"Yeah she's my cousin and I wouldn't necessarily call her a bitch how do you know her?"

"She was my best friend all up until sophomore year then she got popular and dropped me completely ghosted"

I was taken aback from this I really didn't think nor want to believe that the Athena who was always so kind to me could be that cold.

"I'm sorry I didn't know" I say not wanting to damage my relationship with these people early on

"Why are you apologizing it's not your fault you're not you're cousin if I had to apologise for everything shitty my family did I'd never stop apologizing" she says with a smile as if telling me not to worry and that my relationship with my cousin won't impact the group.

After dropping Luna off she turns to me "Doe's Athena ever talk about me"

"She's never mentioned a Luna no"

"My name's not Luna dipshit it's Nancy" she says with a joking growl

"She's never mentioned a Nancy either" I say with a bit of regret.

Luna doesn't say anything else and just goes inside her house.
