Belle hung her head and said softly, "I haven't been with anyone before. Ever."

Jasmine's eyes went huge. "What? But you...the prince...you've been married for over half a year now."

Belle shook her head sadly. "On our wedding night, he converted back to the beast. Voluntarily. We never---consumated our wedding vows. It's just too---I can't do it with him that way, and he only wants to do it in that form. That's why we came tonight. He came looking for someone who wants a beast in bed. I came looking for someone to be my first."

"Oh, Belle!" Jasmine took Belle in her arms and hugged her fiercely. Belle hugged her back, tears running down her cheeks. As Jasmine stepped back, wiping an errant tear from Belle's cheek, Belle looked at Jasmine with hopeful eyes.

"Jasmine, will you be my first?"
