They were headed towards an establishment that entertained the guests with a maze, where they had to catch a **** while avoiding the obstacles on the path, and by winning they'd be able to 'enjoy' their prize.

From their way of talking free slaves were allowed to join too, and should they outrun the guests they would indeed get some Sin Marks, which are practically the lifeline for any **** who wishes for a decent life here.

Under the allure of getting some coin Mei too went toward that door, climbing down the roof at an appropriate moment and then following the path of the two from before, walking through an hallway until she reached a larger hall with a great amount of male guests seated, evidently waiting for their turn while an Owned **** seated herself behind a counter near two gates, which were evidently the entrance to the maze.

As she looked at Mei reaching the hall, the **** smiled and hurried toward her, asking as soon as she reached her side "Finally someone to help. Are you here to join the maze?"
