How about becoming an engineer?

“Why don’t you learn some engineering skills.” Captain Millus asks.
“Isn’t Seva your engineer?”
“She is, but I was hoping on expanding my business with buying broken machinery and repairing them.” Millus says. “Except Seva already needs to repair so much of the ship that she has little time left for that. But if you could start repairing the ship, that would free up Seva to fix up some merchandise.
“I see.” You say. “That would be helpful.”
“So, are you interested in becoming an engineer?” Millus asks.
