The Pawns drew the Empress' attention to one experiment. Something that might let it skip a few steps in the corruption of the Test sisters. At the very least, something that would allow a sneakier approach than a head on attack. The Empress read the report that was presented to it, carefully taking in the details. Yes, it could read, YES even without 'eyes' god forbid some people. Normally the Hive's kind saw with a combination of many factors, but all this was hyper charged in the Empress.

Anyway, the Empress looked over the test notes.

Test #481 - Hottie Body Flakes.

Treated salt designed to genetically alter someone into maximum female hotness. However, further tests showed a horrible monstrous transformation would occur some time afterward, granting improved strength, stamina and durability. This state lasts for a limited amount of time, allowing for a short burst of destruction and carnage. Impressive for escapes but for wooing Gil, no. Further testing allowed the Hottie Body Flakes to effect females as well as males, as that was a problem at first, but we could not figure out a cause for the secondary transformation. This lead to Gil being very interested in our flirting attempts... for about 15 minutes. 30 if we pushed it but any further could cause damage and disrupt someone's genetic code. Shame really.

It went on to address possible buyers or alternate uses, but ignoring these the Empress turned it's mind to just how to use this idea.

"Peak Female Hotness, well wouldn't that be me now?" the Empress thought. Comparisons would have to wait through. Still if this was to work, the Hive needed samples and so all that there was to do was waiting for another opening. A few hours later a drone came back through the portal, carrying a container of the stuff, the smaller drones proving their worth with their small size and speed. Why didn't others use them as spies or thieves like this, no it was just for injecting eggs. Hmm, perhaps the brain the Hive gifted the Empress was paying off. Anyway, the fact that trouble seemed to follow the test family also made it easy to slip in again, letting the have some cover in the resulting chaos. It almost happened four times a day depending. The Empress jiggled the salt crystals inside the glass holder and began to figure out how to incorporate the idea onto tainting the sisters. Hopefully this would get the two addicted to the hive and tweak their minds to work for it.. And start priming them for their ascensions. It wouldn't do to have two lovely brainaics to stay human in the hive for the rest of their lives. The idea of turning into monsters after the flakes wore off now.... there was something to use.

It was just a matter of figuring out how to get the sisters to eat it.
