Honest to goodness...water!

As you get closer, the image doesn't fade, but becomes more and more clear, more and more real. Soon, you're standing under the small palm tree and looking down at a decidedly large pool of water. Even the air here feels moist. You stare, disbelieving for a moment, then step toward the pool, dropping to your knees and cupping two handfuls of water to your mouth.

You drink for a few minutes, lost in the pleasure of the water running down your throat. Once you feel replenished, you look around, taking in the scenery. Behind you, you can see your footprints, but the wind is gently blowing, and the sand is erasing them before your eyes.

Not thirsty anymore, but soon, you'll need to eat, and you're still lost any way you look at it.
