Home
Even though this was supposed to be a fresh start, that didn’t mean that everything that happened between us magically went away. There was still a bit of awkwardness between us as we spent the last day on the slopes. Things would get better though. We just needed to find our footing.
The drive to the airport went well. The flight was better than the trip up at least. The only problem was it was a later flight, which meant by the time we landed and got our luggage, it was pushing ten. It was almost eleven when we got the shuttle to where the car was parked and Mr. Webb paid.
“You let your parents know you are on your way home?” Mr. Webb asked as we pulled out of the long-term parking lot.
“I sent them a message when we landed.”
“I figure I can get to your house in fifteen. Doubt there will be much traffic this late, even with all the construction.”
“I’ll let them know.”
“Why don’t you come over and I’ll take you home tomorrow?” Kaylee asked.
“Ten days of him and you’re still not sick of him?” her mother said with a teasing laugh. "This has to be a new record."
She didn’t look amused. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Nothing, dear. Just impressed is all.”
Kaylee looked over at me and gave me a smile as she reached for my hand. Holding it, she gave it a squeeze. “So, what do you say?”
“One more night isn’t going to hurt.”
I think we were all exhausted. The rest of the trip to their house was in silence, though Kaylee never let go of my hand. Shuffling inside with our luggage, we all dropped it off before saying goodnight and heading to our respective rooms. Kaylee led me to the guest room before releasing my hand.
“I feel disgusting,” she said with a huff, plopping back on the bed.
“I feel like I’m going to pass out at any moment.”
Turning her head, she looked up at me. “You should take a shower.”
Her face was unreadable. Shrugging, I grabbed one of my last pairs of clothes and headed for the bathroom. After a quick shower, I changed and headed back to the room. Towel over my bare shoulders, I watched as Kaylee walked past. My eyes followed her as she wordlessly headed for the bathroom.
Sitting on the edge of the bed, I finished drying my hair. I knew what she was planning, and I was ready. Oddly enough, I didn’t feel any anxiety beyond the excitement. I was a bit surprised by how calm I was. Kaylee knew my secret and still chose to continue with our relationship. There was still a lot of things to fear, but being with Kaylee wasn’t one of them. Putting the towel aside, I headed over to my suitcase to put my old clothes inside. Most importantly, I pulled out one of the condoms before heading back to the bed.
Holding the condom in hand, I stared down at it while psyching myself up. I had this.
“I see we were both on the same page.” Deep in thought, I hadn’t noticed Kaylee returning. She stood at the door, a smirk on her face as she leaned against the door frame. My breath caught at the sight of her in only a towel. Damp strands of her blond and blue hair pressed against her face, blue eyes not leaving me. With a few sultry steps into the room, she nudged the door closed behind her. Standing up, I clenched the condom in my hand as I stared at her. My anxiety spiked, but a thought soothed it as I took a few steps towards her. She watched me with a curious expression as I approached.
Reaching out, I ran my fingertips along her exposed shoulder. Her eyes glanced down at my fingers before looking back up at me. Her skin was smooth as my fingers made their way down her arm. I could feel her react, a small shiver running through her as I took another step closer. Chin up, she continued to look at me. Meeting her eyes, I held her gaze as my hands turned inward. It didn’t take much to cause the towel to drop. A simple tug and her nude body was revealed like the unveiling of a sculpture. My eyes broke with hers to take in the beauty. Smooth white skin, small perky breasts, flat toned stomach, hourglass figure, shapely hips, and toned ass. Kaylee was a sight to behold.
Meeting her eyes once more, I saw the unspoken words. She was mine.
One step closed the distance between us and our lips met. A charge ran through me. The kiss was light, like dipping a toe into a pool to test the water. I leaned into it, wrapping my arms around her to pull her against me. Kaylee met each one of my kisses with equal intensity, matching, but never exceeding my own desire. Slowly, we drifted back towards the bed. The back of my legs brushed against the bed and Kaylee pulled away, eyes staring up at me.
“Once more, I’m the only one naked,” she said with a teasing smile. Her eyes never left mine as I felt her hands against my waist. “I think we should change that…”
