His mom knocks on the door. (Age: 18 - 19)

John turns on the shower, he sets the dials to his preferred settings. He checked the temperature of the flowing water with his hand. His mind for a moment going through the days events, he had a test today in homeroom. Work tonight after school, his uniform for that pizza place was washed and cleaned the night before.

Just as the temperature was right he was startled out of his thoughts by a knock on the door, and his mom's voice carrying through the door, "Hurry up in there or you are going to be late for the bus."

"I know mom." He called back. Adding a roll of his eyes as he hopped into the shower. He picked up the bar of soap and started to scrub away the now dried sweat. Lathering up the suds he inspected his body as he did everyday making sure nothing strange had grown on it over night.
