Hide

Your head snaps around, seeking a place to hide. The door to the room with boxes stands open a few feet from you. Your **** mind thinks that you might be able to hide behind them, and possibly escape Jack when he comes up to search this floor. You're starting to move, willing yourself to be silent, when you hear his voice again.

"Lisa! Lisa! Come out and play, Lisa! I'm coming to...What the Fuck!" his voice changes from a teasing sing song to a yelp of surprised fear. You stand still, straining to listen, your heart beating like a drum.

"FUCK! GET AWAY FROM ME!" Jack screams, clear panic in his voice and you hear the thud of something being knocked over. Then you hear something else.

A deep feral growling.
