Her seedy neighbor

Kya wasn't the most social person, so when Peter and her moved into her house, they didn't go out of her way to go and meet their neighbors. Kya had no interests in new friends, and she definitely wasn't looking to hear about how family life was so fantastic, atleast not yet.

But, since their first day in the neighborhood, their closest neighbor had butted heads with Peter. Peter prides himself on being sophisticated, well educated and bullheaded. Their neighbor, however, was the antithesis of Peter.

Cyrus Parker, or 'Cy' as his friends call him, was a handful of years younger then Peter and Kya. He was everything you wouldnt want in a neighbor. He loves loud rap music, he smokes marijuana, he wears clothes that objectify women and hes as lewd and vulgar as they come. The first day we moved in, he showed up st our door, insistent on smoking a 'welcome to the neighborhood' joint. Peter scoffed at him, and started to tell him why marijuana is ruining kids these days. After Peter spoke passionately for 3 straight minutes, Cyrus looked past him at Kya and said "Yeah, but it'll make her go nuts for you. Bet you she would love that." He said boldly, sporting a ridiculous shiteating grin and peering at her. "Leave, now!" Peter shouted, slamming the door.

Not much has happened since then, except everytime Kya sees him alone, he always winks, blows a kiss or some other lewd gesture. As Kya approached the window, she noticed Cyrus sitting outside on a poorly constructed bench that him and his hoodlum friends use often, smoking a marijuana pipe. He reminded her of a lot of the guys Lori seems to be posting photos with these days. She audibly sighed and went to roll her eyes and turn around when something caught her attention. He was stroking his crotch through his jeans, staring at her. "The audacity!" She thought, as she hurried away biting her lip, not wanting him to go see her.

She finally gets a cup of her now tepid coffee, and takes a few sips. "I should go give him a piece of my mind!" She thought, before her phone started to ring.
