Her mom yells!!!

“ALEXA!” her mom shouted, now fully awake. “Y-you’re 22 for God’s sake! What do you mean you had an accident?!”

Alexa’s eyes widened as her father stirred awake. “W-what’s going on?!” Her father grumbled, now awake as well.

“Your DAUGHTER WET HER PANTS, Nicholas!” Her mom shouted.

“W-what did you say, Helen?” Her father said.

“LOOK!” Helen yelled. “She’s SOAKED!”

Helen turned on the lights making Alexa cower as her parents both looked at her standing there like a child in her soaked pants. “D-did you wet the bed?” Nicholas asked.

“Let’s go look,” Helen said, grabbing Alexa’s arm and pulling her down the hall.

As she did, the room to Cole and Faith’s room both turned on. An exhausted Faith came stumbling out. “Mom, why the hell are you yelling?” Faith grumbled, yawning.

“Your sister wet her pants,” Helen said. “Go back to bed, Faith. I’m sorry for waking you up.”

“W-wait, what?” Faith said, now fully awake. “Did you say...”

Faith looked at Alexa and held back a laugh. Alexa whimpered. This was all Amy’s fault! Now her whole family knew she wet her pants! “We’re going to look to see if she wet the bed,” Nicholas said, “Go back to your room, Faith. Now.”

“Yes, Dad,” Faith said, already yawning and closing her eyes anyways.

Cole, however, was not tired, and followed his parents and sister down the hallway to her room. Helen turned on the lights and pulled off the covers. “T-they’re dry,” Helen said after inspecting them. “They’re completely dry, Nicholas.”

Alexa whimpered. “Well, let’s check the laundry room to see if she changed her sheets or something,” Nicholas said. “Come on, Alexa. Let’s get this over with.”

Her parents and Cole all headed down the stairs while Alexa reluctantly followed behind. “OH MY GOD!” Helen shrieked as she turned on the lights to the laundry room. “ALEXA EVE JOHNSON!!! LOOK WHAT YOU DID!!!”

At that moment Faith came racing down the stairs to join them and Amy came up from the basement where she had been ‘sleeping’ to enjoy the show that was unfolding.

Alexa looked to see what initially was a small puddle and seemingly grown bigger and was all over the laundry room floor, the biggest of the puddle right in front of the bathroom door. Alexa looked at Amy who smirked having of course adjusted the crime scene to look even worse than it did before. “If you needed to go to the bathroom, why did you walk all the way downstairs and then not even make it, leaving a trail of pee and a huge puddle right in front of the bathroom door! Why didn’t you just go upstairs!!!”

“I...I...” Alexa couldn’t answer.

She frantically looked at Amy and then back at her mother. “Excuse me, Aunt Helen,” Amy said. “I believe I have a solution to all of this.”

“Oh? What is it, Amy?” Helen asked. “And sorry for waking you, darling.”
