Her mom knocks on the door. (Age: 18 - 19)

John turns on the shower, she sets the dials to her preferred settings. She checked the temperature of the flowing water with her hand. Her mind for a moment going through the days events, she had a test today in homeroom. Work tonight after school, her uniform for that pizza place was washed and cleaned the night before.

Just as the temperature was right she was startled out of her thoughts by a knock on the door, and her mom's voice carrying through the door, "Hurry up in there or you are going to be late for the bus."

"I know mom." She called back. Adding a roll of her eyes as she hopped into the shower. She picked up the bar of soap and started to scrub away the now dried sweat. Lathering up the suds she inspected her body as she did everyday making sure nothing strange had grown on it over night.
