Her best friend, Kylie

Alexa looked up from her phone to see her best friend from high school standing in front of her. “K-kylie?” Alexa gasped, doing a double take.

“Oh, hey Lexi,” the blonde girl said. “I didn’t know you were traveling to California.”

“I um have a job interview,” Alexa said, blushing. “What about you?”

“I was heading home actually. Just got a place just outside of LA,” Kylie said. “Hey, maybe we can hangout then. Just like old times.”

Alexa blushed. “Y-yeah?”

“Hey, why are you so nervous?” Kylie asked.

“Oh, I... I’ve just never flown before,” Alexa said. “You know me. I’ve never really traveled.”

“Well, I’m here, so how bad can it be?” Kylie smiled.

Alexa nibbled her lip. She never told Kylie her biggest secret. And she wasn’t sure if she wanted Kylie to know especially on a flying vehicle with no escape. But could she really even keep it a secret? Should she tell Kylie the truth?
