Her Phone Rings

All was calm and peaceful. Marinette sat in the tub in a state of complete tranquility, so relaxed that she was almost falling asleep in fact. Her consciousness started to wane... until her phone started ringing. With the volume at full blast, her phone sounded like a siren. The noise jolted Marinette awake, rattling her as she rushed from the tub without a second thought. It wasn't the wisest decision.

As soon as her feet touched the ground, they slipped out from under her. She landed haphazardly on the floor, just close enough to reach her phone. She stretched out her arm and grabbed it, pulling it back to her with a groan. She laid supine on the floor and looked at the caller's id.
