Help comes to Xander

Xander stumbled around the apartment. He could hear Gunn and Angel looking for him. He tried to run but it felt like he had cracked something in his right leg when he fell.

He made it to the parking lot where he had parked his car only to notice that the tires were slashed. Apparently Angel had made sure to limit his escape options.

"I'm screwed" Xander thought as Angel came rushing towards him. As Angel jumped through the air at him a limo came streaming down the parking lot and slammed into the vampire moments before he was on top of Xander.

The passenger side door opened and an attractive brunette looked out at Xander "Get in, he won't stay down for long."

Xander certainly wasn't about to argue and jumped into the limo that quickly sped away.

Xander took a moment to catch his breath. The woman was already pouring two glasses of wine and seemed unfazed by the whole situation. "Who are you?" he asked.

"I'm Lilah," she said handing him a glass of wine. "And before you try anything this conversation is being monitored and is being displayed to some very powerful warlocks in different places, it is even being translated to one into text just in case. Should you try and use your powers on me they will blow the car up, if you want to try working it on all of them at once, well it is just your life on the line."

Xander nodded, he wasn't about to make another enemy "What do you want?"

"I am with Wolfram and Hart, and we would be intrested in working with you."
