Head over to the Diner

The next day, Brian showed up at the Diner. He wore a plain grey t-shirt and jeans along with his sneakers. His hair (which he'd grown down past his shoulders over his mother's strong objections) Was tied back in a ponytail.

The diner was just off the interstate, nestled amidst the myriad gas stations and other eateries that competed for traffic. This one had an extra-large parking lot and tended to cater to the long-haul truckers, thus keeping itself afloat amidst all the chain restaurants.

Brian had been told to ask for the boss, Ms. Priceland. He poked his head in the back door and looked around.
