Head for the beach

The blue-green ocean glinted under Tau-Ceti's bloody light as Calvo headed for the coast. The sea seemed a more intense blue than Earth's oceans...perhaps some mineral in the water. At one time this difference would have fascinated and delighted Calvo. Now he barely noticed it.

Perhaps he could find a boat.....a place to hide....something. The distinctive sound of a distant stun-shot **** him to pump his legs harder, sprinting over the uneven ground.Those guard-bitches couldn't be too far behind....
