He waits for the show to start

"I want to see what they do when they think that nobody is looking first," Hatter says to nobody in particular.

He turns on a large monitor, which displays all of the Video Feeds in the Park. He finds the one outside of Catwoman's hide-out (a building designed to hold captive Tigers- naturally) and sees her lead the naked and embarrassed Batgirl inside.

He flips through the feeds and they go to a back room, which is where the Carnies relaxed between Shows. He turns up the Audio so he can hear.

"This will keep you still for now," Catwoman says, placing a leather collar around Batgirl's neck. It is connected to a rope tied to the ceiling.

"Please just let me go," Batgirl says, "I won't tell anyone about what happened- believe me."
"I'm sure that you won't. Let me make a counter-offer."

She leans in close, her face inches from the Heroine's. Her hands move up and rest comfortably on Batgirl's tits!

"You play along and I'll let you go in, oh, an hour or two. You resist and I turn you over to Mad Hatter."
"Please don't do that."
"So you agree to my terms?"

Batgirl is torn. She doesn't want to do this...but does she want the alternative even less?

"You know you like this..."

Batgirl can't deny that the woman knows how to tease her nipples, even if she's not 'into girls.'

"...alright. Just don't let him have me, please," the Heroine says.

The Hatter smiles at Catwoman's manipulative ways. He can appreciate the art, obviously.

He turns back towards the Red Queen and her Knights...

"I can't- and won't- tell you what to do, my Queen. That said, this Cheshire Cat stole Alice away before you could punish her."
"How dare she," the Queen says, "Men, let's go and get them. Thank you, Hatter. You will be rewarded with a front row seat for their punishment."

They exit and he resumes watching the pair in their 'hidden' lair.
