He chooses Janet, a nearby petrol station manager

She is a classic English rose, 5'6, dress size 12, 36C (he once followed her home and stole her underwear off the clothes line after dark), very pale skin and long dark hair down to her shoulderblades with a slight wave to it.

He knows she'd never agree, however his security cameras pick up her forecourt and now he has video of her filling up and not paying, for her own car. SHe dose it 4-5 times a month and he has video for a year, £3500 of petrol or more!
