He asks a few questions first.

"So... You prefer being the dominant right?" Naruto asked.

"Pretty much, though I also enjoy being the sub on occasion," she told him.

"Huh... And... You are not allowed to use the Note yourself on any people who have touched it right?" Naruto confirmed.

"That is what I said..." Ria noted, wondering what he had in mind.

"...any rules against ME using it on someone who fits the criteria on your behalf?" Naruto asked.

Ria smirked. "Ah yes, there's that loophole. We're not supposed to tell mortals about it, but there's nothing stopping you if you figure it out for yourself... Which you did," she added. "After all, since you're a mortal, you're not beholden to our Queen's rules."

"Hmm," Naruto mused. "And... Could I set ground rules like no taking people from my world to yours?"

She shrugged. "Meh, that rule is already in place, regardless of what deal we cut, we can take mortals to other world's. It's different in the case of multiverse travelers of other persuasions besides us gods mind you, but we still can't take those to OUR world. You could also forbid me from doing a few acts to someone you... gift to me, and assuming I agreed to the terms, they would bind me."

Naruto nodded, and smirked, formulating his proposal.
