Hayley gets her mind erased and Elizabeth gets swapped

First, John hit the swap button and pointed it to Elizabeth. Then he aimed the gun at a mannequin in the store window and pulled the trigger.

Elizabeth vanished from the streets, now on display in the shop window. She was naked and had a blissful smile on her face as a mannequin. John knew that everyone would view her as a mannequin now, and as far as anyone was concerned, Elizabeth Olsen never existed.

Hayley, meanwhile, got all her memories erased. He could see the visible confusion on her face as all her memories were pulled into the gun.

"Where...?" she asked. She ran over to John. "Do you know who I am?"

John smiled at her. He knew the gun had her memories within it, and all he had to do was zap someone else with it and the person who was zapped would fully believe themself to be Hayley Atwell, as would the world.

For now, though, John looked straight at Hayley, who was looking at him with pleading eyes as she wondered who she was.

"You, my dear," he said. "Are named...Arabella."

"Okay, yeah," Hayley said. "That sounds right. But beyond a name, who am I?"
