Haven't Noticed Anything Yet (College Student)

You let out a sigh, setting aside your laptop and leaning back against your couch. You don't even really have that much work to do, but it seems like everyone you know is out doing something. Your friend in the next apartment over has a date with the fourth boyfriend in two months, a group of your friends from school are at some kind of party or rave or something, and all of your guy friends won't give you a straight answer as to their whereabouts. What's a girl to do at a time like this?

On a Friday evening, you might as well turn on the TV. You aren't the type to go out to bars or anything alone; you've heard one too many horror stories about girls your age doing that to feel safe. You browse through a handful of channels, the ones you normally watch programs on. Nothing really catches your eye. You branch out, just looking at all of them in hopes of finding something to keep you from getting bored out of your mind.

You're about to give up when you stumble upon something that just manages to catch your attention:

A Spanish soap opera. You don't even speak Spanish. For some reason, though, you don't question it.

The longer you watch, the more antsy you get. Something possesses you to think more and more about going out, about trying to find something to do somewhere that isn't here. You start considering things you normally wouldn't: going to the movies; getting dressed up and heading to a bar; throwing caution to the wind, dressing in your most revealing dress, and heading out to a club to dance the night away, finding some random guy and...

You blink, finally realizing your thoughts. God, you almost considered being incredibly stupid. Sure, some of your "friends" have been bugging you about how you're still a virgin, even at the age of 23; how you've never really had a boyfriend or gone out on a proper date. Well, the first three options are still really appealing right now.

That's it. You're breaking your trend. You are going out alone tonight. Question is, what's your destination?
