Have a cold shower

After another few moment's it gets too much for you. You carefully pull the covers back and creep out of the bedroom. Out of the bedroom and down the hall, past your step-daughter's bedroom to the bathroom. Once there, you close and lock the door and flick the light on. You blink a moment, before your eyes adjust.

You glance in the mirror as you tug your nightie over your hips. You're pretty. You know it. Deep red hair and bright blue eyes accentuate your youthful, pixie face. A willowy body, you feel a pang of jealousy when you look at your breasts. They small. Perky, but small and you wish that they were bigger. But at the same time, you love the little pink nipples hidden beneath your pajamas. Curving hips flow into long legs and a plump bottom. And nestled between your thighs, your pretty little sex. Your pretty little sex that is currently begging to be touched.

But you're determined not to touch yourself tonight. Instead, you finish pulling your nightie up and off your body and turn the shower on. Cold only. You brace yourself and step in, gasping loudly at the sudden shock of cold water. You stand under there as long as you can, before stepping away, shivering. And back into the water! You repeat this again, and again, until you feel like you're a popsicle.

Only then do you step out of the shower, turning it off and towelling yourself dry. You can still feel it, burning down there, needing more. But tonight, you're done and you can sleep. You clean up in the bathroom, put your nightie back on and tip toe quietly back to the bed you share with your husband, finally able to fall into a deep sleep.
