Have June let her in.

You're almost out the door again before you remember how you got here. Turning around, you ask June to check who's at the gate.

June gives Sarah one last kiss, then walks to the wall intercom and pressed a button. "Hello? Who's out there?"

A second later your mom's voice crackles out of the speaker. "I'm Sarah's mother. My... daughter's boyfriend said to meet him here, but I'm not sure I have the right address."

"You do! Sarah and Ryan are here with me. Come on in, I'll open the gate!" June presses another button on the intercom and turns to you. "Go meet her at the door, I think Sarah and I had better freshen up before her mom gets here."

You agree and walk down the hallway back to the entrance hall. Pulling open the big exterior doors, you spot your mom parking her car a little to the side. Elsie hears you coming when she gets out, so she turns around to hug you. After a good squeeze she gives you a confused smile. "Ryan, this is amazing. How the hell can we live here, and who was the girl that let me in?"

"It's our house, mom," you say as she opens the trunk. You help her lift out some bags as you make up an explanation. "Apparently the guy who was living here bribed some officials to put his name on my inheritance. So it's technically my house, but obviously I'm going to share it with you and Sarah. The thing is... I also want to share it with the guy's family? They seem nice and I don't want to kick them out because of a crime they weren't even aware of."

"That's my Ryan, compassionate to a fault," your mom praises you and you don't know whether to feel amused or guilty. You've done some fucked up things since you became a wizard or whatever. You ease your conscience by telling yourself that you've been pretty nice to some people and the ones you were mean to had it coming. "So the girl who buzzed me in..."

"That would be June Hathawer, the guy's daughter," you explain on your way inside, where June and your sister are waiting. "June, this is Elsie, Sarah's mom. Elsie, meet June."

Your mother puts her bags down and holds her hand out. "It's a pleasure to meet you, June."

June takes the offered hand. "Likewise, Mrs..."

"Ferro," your mom answers automatically.

June pulls her hand back in surprise. "Ferro? But that's Ryan's last name, not-"

Thinking quickly, you jump in. "She adopted me after my parents died. So I have the same last name as my girlfriend." Leaning in conspiratively you whisper, "Sometimes we pretend we're siblings."

June's face flushes and she whispers a question to Sarah, who nods with a smirk. Then you hear footsteps coming down the stairs and a moment later Mrs Hathawer shows up, curious to see who was at the gate. You introduce Elsie as your girlfriend's mom, tell her a little about June's mother, and soon the two milfs are chatting away with each other as they head deeper into the mansion.
